Rick Tsakalios owns and operates Papa G’s Restaurant, a high-volume family institution in Huntley, Illinois. Responsible for overall operational efficiency, he purchases inventory, continuously monitors vendors, and renegotiates pricing as necessary. He also manages customer relations and has implemented a variety of innovative marketing programs, including an app and loyalty rewards program. Rick Tsakalios designs and positions promotional advertisements in newspapers and church bulletins, and has tripled business over the past 6 years.

Mr. Tsakalios’ professional background extends to computer and electronics setup and repair services. Working in Hoffman Estates, he ensured the prompt, reliable, and secure setup of business and residential network infrastructures. He also repaired a variety of out-of-warranty devices and set up music production systems.

Mr. Tsakalios has an extensive background as a volunteer, having assisted at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. He was tasked with taking inventory and ensuring that patient room supplies were refilled. He also assisted in placing patients on respiration, oxygen, and heart observation monitors. He retrieved a variety of supplies for physicians and their assistants and ensured that patient concerns were heard by professionals.
